Abstract
Now the problem of the demotivation is sufficient, actual and, unfortunately, leads either to loss of productivity of an employee or to his leaving the organization. The organization success depends first of all on the work efficiency of the personnel, i.e. on the motivation. In this article the problem of a demotivation of labour behavior is considered. There is nothing more dangerously for the director, than to have in the organization the indifferent and unmotivated employees. To avoid the employees demotivation, it is necessary to consider already by the employment that the stress-resistant, self-motivated employee will be the most favorable candidate for continuous work.
