Abstract
In the modern world of technological progress and the accelerated rate of communication processes, the huge role is played by interactive communication means. Today the Internet became the virtual electronic market, which considerably changed the possibilities of firms in advance of goods and services, and has a strategic importance for their competitiveness and stability in the future. But in today's global world even small and medium business faces the problems of international business relationship: acquisition of the equipment, raw materials, other trade and purchasing activity; search of partners or investors; the direct competition in domestic market from the multinational companies; exit of the producer to the international scene, etc. In the modern world, more and more people prefer communication through the Network therefore investigating of the Internet as a factor of cross-cultural communication in the international company is represented to us actual and important
