Abstract
This article is devoted to a current issue of modern pediatrics ? to acute cholecystitis and cholangitis of childhood. The main analyses change during cholangitis are in the general analysis of blood: leukocytosis, leukogram shift to the left, toxic neutrophils, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. In urinalysis bilirubinuria, concomitant variations of kidney and pancreas function (diastasis increase or decrease) are noticed.
