Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the formation mechanism of creative management in the enterprise managerial system. The culture of the modern information society requires a new type of management, called a creative one. The need for creative networks, customized jobs, the presence of "kaleidoscope thinking" are the main characteristics of modern management system, which is associated with the appearance of managers of research type or, as they are called, creative managers. The article considers the issues of preparation of the managers capable of innovative transformations in the modern economy, and therefore representing the intellectual elite, the "Golden Fund" of Russian society.
