Abstract
In this article the oxygen pump is developed and made, the features of technology are considered. The experimental dependences )(I??? and U = U (I) are received and discussed in comparison with the theory. The corrections on the non-ideal vacuum density and nonzero electronic conductivity of concrete devices are calculated.
