Abstract
In this article, the authors considered the problem of applying of self-harm in adolescents. Self-inflicted injuries is a relatively common phenomenon among adolescents. There are many ways to harm oneself. The main purpose of self-harm is the inability to realize the negative emotions of a teenager in a different way. Necessary not only for early psychotherapeutic work, but also the psychological education for families with adolescents. More research is needed about the reasons.
