Abstract
The article deals with the study of samples of drinkable pasteurized milk, produced by LLC Milkom in terms of organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators. In addition, the authors has carried out the control of pasteurization and infusions in milk. The conducted research proves that these samples meet regulatory requirements.
