Abstract
The author considers the integration of general and further education by expanding the forms of work, as well as changes in personnel component to create a single sociocultural space of the educational institution. The advanced structure of additional education in educational holdings, and accordingly a wide coverage of students of creative, artistic, aesthetic, fitness activity and others. Activities in their spare time creates opportunities for the full development of each individual student. Integration of general and further education in the school enriches many forms of educational activities, allows children to choose their own individual way of development, addresses issues of socialization, adaptation, self-realization, brings together a team of teachers and students
