Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of administrative and legal status of foreign IT companies, implementing their software and information services in the territory of the Russian Federation. The specifics of administrative and legal status of the company is determined on the basis of article production structure and distribution methods, in particular types of agreements concluded by the companies with the users in the country.
