Abstract
On the example of comparison of hydrochemical water indices of two lakes with comparable conditions but with the different coastal vegetation, the author concludes that the certain type of coastal vegetation influences the chemical composition of surface yield. Meadow herbs growing at the coastal strip promote lower content of nitrogen and phosphorus compounds
