Abstract
The article deals with the significance of psychological readiness for successful professional identity. The works on studying substantive structure of psychological readiness to the professional identity are analyzed. The author suggests allocating four components of psychological readiness: cognitive, conative, personal and pragmatist according to the development aspects of human as a labor subject.
