Abstract
The article deals with the notions of congruence, psychological expertise in court, psychological expertise, psychophysiological expertise in court. The issues of using the notion of congruence are studied in terms of person’s awareness of the fact that the information is false. The authors suggest including the notion of congruence in the thesaurus of adjudicative psychological expertise.
