TEACHER DEVELOPMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

The article deals with the issues of formation of methodological competence of students, future preschool teachers in the process of cooperation between higher educational institution and preschool educational facility. During implementation of various lessons, students including into the educational process of preschool educational facility are considered as efficiency increase factor of academic activity of students. The factors of professional development of preschool teachers in terms of implementation of Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education and Pedagogic unit standard are determined. The experience of cooperation between Institute of Childhood Pedagogy and Psychology of Ural State Pedagogical University and preschool educational facilities of Yekaterinburg is considered.
