WIDE RANGE OF REGULATED OBJECTS AND SUBJECTS AS A PRINCIPLE OF ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITY OF PROSECUTION OFFICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article deals with the necessity of acceptance the wide range of objects and subjects regulated by prosecution office, the list of which is determined by legislation as one of the basic principles of organization and activity of prosecution office in the Russian Federation. The issue of normative consolidation absence of the mentioned principle in Law on prosecution office is analyzed. Its solution is suggested.
