Abstract

Allocation of microorganisms, including mycobacteria, the nocardioforms of actinomycetes; and corynebacteria of environment objects is complicated by high degree of impurity of banal microflora of tests from objects of livestock rooms. The existing processing methods at suppression of growth of the accompanying microflora reduce also viability of the studied microorganisms. Actual is an identification of the substances, which don't have pernicious effect on the allocated microorganisms. The possibility of allocation of corynebacteria of livestock rooms objects by processing of washouts by Septustin with the subsequent crops on dense of mediums is shown. Thus it is established that corynebacteria is allocated by processing washouts of 0,1% by Septustin solution in an exposition of 60 minutes from 33,3 % of livestock rooms objects.
