SPECIFIC CHARACTER OF PEDAGOGIC CONFLICTS REGULATION USING PRINCIPLED DISCUSSION METHOD

Abstract
The conflict of pedagogical activity is expressed in the tendency of teacher to approve personal position and as the pupil's protest against undeserved punishment. In pedagogical situations there is a problem most accurately in front of teacher of management of the pupils’ activity. At its solution the teacher needs to be able to get into pupil’s shoes, to imitate his reasoning, to understand how the pupil sees and accepts developed circumstances, why he does so. Therefore, this article represents possibility of usage of principal negotiations for the conflicts solution in school and assistance in search for such solution, which will satisfy both the pupil, and the teacher. Truly reacting to behavior of the pupil, the teacher takes a situation under personal control and restores order.
