THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE LENDING IN RUSSIA: MODELS, METHODS AND NEW APPROACHES

In this research work the authors analyzes the existing models of mortgage lending, reveals the specificity of the Russian mortgage lending market that compares interest rates and terms of mortgage lending in Russia and other countries. While relying on the opinion of experts from the banking and construction services market, the authors provide forecasts of the following indicators for 2015, 2016 and 2017: the refinancing rate, the price of construction materials, the change in the cost during the construction of new housing, the variation in the average price of one square meters of housing, the demand for housing. This work will be of interest to analysts of the construction of the housing market, banking personnel of the lending and homebuyers in Russia.
