Abstract
In the present paper, we propose a method for accurate evaluation of the pKa constants taking into account the influence of systematic error in titrant concentration determining. pKa calculation of benzoic acid taken as standard, was carried out on thirty four points of titration where the neutralization degree is from 20 to 80 percent. The proposed method was tested for estimation of protonation (pKBH+=2.55) and deprotonation (pKa=8.48) constants of 8-mercaptoquinoline.
