TO THE ISSUE OF LEGAL CONFLICTS TYPOLOGY

In this article, the author attempts to reveal the need for research aimed at finding all the possible grounds for the classification of legal conflicts, as well as the production of a universal classification fully and unambiguously reflecting any legal conflict. Also practical requirements of the most effective regulation of the conflicts are considered. Here the author speaks about a typology, which is peculiar only to the legal conflicts, and, therefore, points to their specifics. In the basis of such typology there have to be these or those legal charac- teristics. Analysis of domestic and foreign studies have shown that the importance of the typology of legal con- flicts caused not only theoretical, but the practical needs of the state and society
