Abstract
The article describes the features of personality traits of health worker and was conducted comparative analysis among surgeons and interns of surgical department. From the results of empirical research among the respondents are identified statistically significant differences of personality traits: courage, independence, day- dreaming, emotional stability, anxiety and self-discipline. Features of these differences are due to professional experience of surgeons and professional subordination among of specialists. Also, results of our research are due to emotional lability in the stressful situation of surgical activity and are due to self-discipline of specialist in the development of his skills and knowledge among interns of surgical department
