STRIVING TO SELF-ACTUALIZATION AND PERSONAL MATURITY OF TODAY'S YOUTH

In given article the problem of a personal maturity and a place occupied with self-actualization in structure of a personal maturity is considered. The question on is analyzed, whether is the personal maturity only a prerogative of enough adult person, or we can consider certain displays of a personal maturity and at other age stages, in particular at young men in vocational training. It is empirically proved that presence self-actualization tendencies at students promote formation of their personal maturity and competence
