Abstract

This article is devoted to one of the actual problem of modern education - teaching of speaking. The language teaching begins with formation of elementary spoken language. Ideas of I. Altynsarin, who thought that the language teaching has to consist of the lessons of the live colloquial speech, which tasks include the accumulation of a certain stock of the Russian words and expressions, today are also actual.
