Abstract
Limited availability of immunological diagnostic techniques requires searching for simple methods that allow to estimate the state of different parts of the immune system to a certain extent and serve as a criterion of the treatment efficiency and disease prognosis. The complete blood cell count should be classified among such available methods. Based on the blood leukogram the adaptive response types and integral leukocytic indices in the patients with periodontitis were evaluated. It was found that the studied values contain information on the state and ratio of different parts of the immune system and can be used under conditions of outpatient dental reception.
