Abstract
In this article, the corporate culture is considered as one of the effective business performance factors and also a competitive advantage source. The notion of corporate culture is defined and factors affecting it as well. The current issue of adoption of more successful enterprise corporate culture and by means of historical experience comparison of different cultures interaction and interaction within an enterprise is considered. The conclusion about the advisability of this strategy is made.
