PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT AND CORRECTION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF MILITARY SCHOOLS

Changes in the structure of the Army expressed not only in the organizational reform, modernization, and the development of communicative qualities of personnel. That is an improvement of the communicative competence of officers and cadets contributes to the development of relations in the military units of culture that accelerates the understanding of the goals and objectives, improve discipline and morale of the military team directly affect combat capability. It seems clear that in modern conditions the preparation of cadets of military schools should be not only in the mastery of tactical, special, technical skills, but also the ability to exercise ef- fective command. Formation and correction of communicative competence of students of military schools is possible only if certain pedagogical conditions. These conditions should be implemented in all types of military operations and in conjunction with all areas of education of cadets, which will generate a high level of communi- cative competence
