Abstract
For the successful implementation of educational programs using distance learning technologies must be created the organizational and pedagogical conditions of functioning of the electronic information-educational environment. These conditions follow from the requirements of the structural components of the distance learn- ing system. First of all, the needs of students and parents and, as a result the current pedagogical situations, en- suring the quality of filling informational and educational environment; human resources training and methodo- logical support of their activities; accounting and analysis of results of all participants, ensuring an active interac- tion of all participants
