Abstract
The article considers possible directions of speech therapy work with children with General underde- velopment of speech that is burdened with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. The directions of speech therapy influence in solving these problems, eliminating hyperactivity and attention disorders, as well as the de- velopment of coherent oral speech training through the compilation of narrative stories. In the framework of the training given to drafting coherent and descriptive story based on a modified touch-graphic scheme. The authors conclude that comprehensive work is more effective for these children
