Abstract
The construction vibration theory development is of interest in applications. Such simplest constructions are plane structures of plates of finite thickness. The study of plate dynamic behavior in terms of temperature is one of the most important objectives. While solving applied problems of rectangular plate elements vibration a wide range of vibration problems occurs, which relies to various boundary value problems: approximate vibration equation, various boundary conditions on the edges of plane element and initial data.
