Abstract
This article considers the cement-free cellular materials, aerated by mechanochemical way using foam concentrate and gas-forming agent. The authors give the characteristics to physicochemical transformations in sodium silicate and magnesian foam materials that occur while using hydrogen peroxide as a gas-forming agent. Compositional analysis of surface acting agents for foaming materials with various binding agents is considered. The article also defines the peculiarities of foamed and aerated concrete cellular structure, which can have fissures. The technological method reducing the defects of cells.
