Abstract
The underground hydrosphere plays an important role in eco-meliorative conditions formation in the large territories. Now the majority of these territories are subject to the intensive influence of technogenic factors. In such conditions, the main problems are the questions connected to the low reliability of the basic data accepted for decision-making. In this regard the questions of decision-making based on the integration of indistinct and multiple approach are considered.
