Abstract
This article describes the algorithm of design and content selection features for adapted educational programs for children with disabilities based on the analysis of legal documents. Implementation of these pre- school teachers practice aspects is viewed through the professional training system.. The modern technologies of working with the students are described as part of the andragogical and system-activity approaches: Preschool teachers competences in designing customized educational programs for children with disabilities which are de- fined in the article are related to the professional standards requirements ?Teacher?
