THE OPPORTUNITIES OF JAPANESE PRACTICE IMPLEMENTATION OF LABOUR FORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

The article is devoted to the role of applying Japanese practice of labour force management to promote the development of Russian economy. The issue of creating an effective management system at Russian enterprises is studied. It is also spoken about the timeliness of considering the opportunities of borrowing the most expedient elements of Japanese management style to adopt for use in Russian enterprises. The advantages of Japanese practice of labour force management which are relevant for Russian management are stressed.
