INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE SHADOW ECONOMY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the essence of institutionalization, as the economic system and the institutionalization of the sector. We studied the current level of the shadow economy in Ukraine. The attention is focused on the economic impact of shadow processes, organized crime and corruption. The institutionalization of the shadow economy - a shadow in the spread of resistant forms of organization, determines the behavior of form with further consolidation in economic activity. After the stage of institutionalization of the shadow economy is both quantitative and qualitative changes of individual cases to form a structured system. It was concluded that the institutionalization of the shadow economy is experiencing both quantitative and qualitative changes, on individual cases to the formation of a structured system, and is a kind of matrix of market relations developing according to the laws of supply and demand.
