MILITARY PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STABILITY FORMATION FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS AT THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS

Abstract
This article considers the influence of suggested means of physical education, which promote stable psychoemotional state of the military in extreme conditions. The mental conditioning factors and contradictions are described. They are the main part of military physical education in the current situation. It is a system of deliberate actions, aimed at military psychological readiness and stability formation, based on development of personal and professional behavior, gaining experience of combat proficiency in the simulated extreme conditions of battle. Psychophysiological analysis of physical exercises influence on military has shown that it increases military job performance and improves various mental, psychological and physical performance indicators. At the physical education lessons, the readiness of military for extreme physical and psychological load during the preparation and warfighting (or special operations) is formed; trainee insensitivity to the influence of military activity and environment is increased as well. The most important tasks of military mental conditioning during the combat training are formation of readiness for dangers and difficulties of combat situation and formation of tolerance for mental load and losses that may occur in combat situation. Physical and mental well-being of military, knowledge and skills necessary in the extreme conditions allow overcoming the negative impact of risk factors and guaranteeing survival in various conditions.
