THE ISSUE OF PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY AND ITS FORMATION WHILE TRAINING IN PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

In this article the problem of separation of professionally important qualities of pedagogical activities and features of its formation in the training of personnel in pedagogical higher institutions is analyzed.
