In connection with that the frozen and rocky soils have an increase durability their development is impossible earthmovers without previous treatment sent to the decline of resistance of soil to his further development. Different methods are presently used developments of the frozen and rocky soils, basic from that boring-blasting works and loosening of soil by hanging rippers. The most effective method of destruction of the frozen and rocky soils from the point of view of the productivity of machines and prime price of development of soil is the horizontal layer loosening by hanging rippers on the base of powerful tractors. One of ways of increase of efficiency of burster aggregate there is an improvement of his control system. Loosening of soil provides the cost cutting on the ton of products, assists upgrading of products and is a less danger for an environment as compared to implementation of earthmovings by a boring-blasting method. Efficiency of burster aggregate largely depends on the rational modes of operations of power-plant. The systems are managements that is mass-produced on this time, devices of indication, and also slow reaction of man-operator on the terms of working process, that change quickly, does not allow to a full degree to use the hauling-coupling internalss of machine. In the process of work of burster aggregate him a working equipment co-operates with soil that causes out of control transferring of worker of organ to space, and, thus, and change of depth of loosening that results in the change of reaction of soil on a worker. The choice of model of co-operation of working equipment of burster aggregate with soil is based on next pre-conditions: determination of the linear and angular moving of burster aggregate in two-dimensional space, taking into account of resiliently-viscid properties of pendant and deformity of soil, and also taking into account of action of force of reaction of soil on moving of frame. The aim of work is an increase of efficiency of burster aggregate by the improvement of his control system. In this connection it is necessary to work out the mathematical model of process of action of microrelief on out of control moving of working organ of burster aggregate, that cause the change of depth of loosening. The mathematical model of influence of reaction of soil offered in-process at digging on out of control moving of working organ is a sum low-frequency and high-frequency that present the reactions of soil on the working organs of ripper. In the mathematical model of subsystem ?Frame ? a hanging equipment? is taken into account the smoothed ability of caterpillar rendering-engine, and also influence of inflexibility of pendant on out of control moving of working organ of ripper
