Abstract

Purpose. The subject of the study are the relations that arise in the process of financial provision in the standards of living, given the negative impact of basic socio-economic factors in the development of Ukraine. Purpose ? to identify the main socio-economic factors that reduce the standard of living in order to consider them in the development of long-term strategy of socio-economic development of the country. Methodology. Methodological and theoretical basis of the study constitute the fundamental works of foreign and domestic scientists. The method of system analysis, induction and deduction, abstraction and concretization, etc. is applied. Results. Manifestation of global factors that affect the financial security of living standards: geopolitical, financial, industrial, social and environmental exacerbated during the crisis. The percentage of the disabled population, the population with a high level of expectations about economic and social policy of the state and weak position in the labor market increases. Key financial, socioeconomic factors impact on the financial support of the standard of living of the population identified. It is determined that they have a concrete historical, open and not considered as final and the only possibility. In real life, these factors often form a stable connection between the groups, - in interaction with each other, treat each other. Characteristic of socio-economic factors makes it possible to more fully understand their nature and reveal ways of improving the methodology and logic study ways to improve the financial security of living standards in order to stop the rapid decline in its times of crisis economic development of Ukraine. Practical implications. The results can used in industries such as finance scientific knowledge, money and credit, sociology, social sector, which will reduce the negative impact on the living standards of the main socio-economic factors in the development of Ukraine. Conclusions. Ukraine generally characterized as constant (system) of a significant social differentiation associated with objectively existing inequalities, which are exacerbated and become more pronounced, and the time (transformation) factors related to changes in fiscal policy during the economic crisis. The practical relevance of this problem requires research primarily factors rapid growth of poverty among the population of Ukraine. Every social and economic systems must terminated generalizing public policy and relevant general financial policy, which is developed or is acting in the country; provide a methodological unity of activities related to the process of financial provision standard of living. Precisely in times of crisis development to the fore general or systemic factors, influence the financial support of the standard of living, and constant characteristic of any state, leading to its decline. Minimizing the negative impact of selected factors will lead to a harmonious socio-economic development of the state and the improvement of living standards in the future.
