Abstract
This article is devoted to a topical issue of today’s pediatrics ? peculiarities of the course of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children. In the article clinical features, changes of laboratory parameters and the efficacy of the conducted antimicrobial therapy based on the clinical case of mycoplasmal pneumonia in a 14-year-old girl are analyzed.
