Abstract
This article considers the review of current issues. The milk bacterial research was conducted using Somatos-M device. The research goal is quality and safety assessment of milk of cows supposedly having garget. The relevance of this study is determined by increased garget incidence in Omsk oblast. According to the results of the study, milk was obtained from the heathy cows, as its indices comply with the legal requirements.
