Abstract
The economic mechanisms of stimulation production realization, goods (works, services) on export in the Republic of Belarus directed on increase of their volume and quality are considered in the article. Objective: To study the problems of export sales of products, goods (works, services). Methodology: The article considers an integrated approach to building effective systems of material stimulation of employees, who are involved at all stages of the process of production and sale for export. General logical research methods are used. Results: The mechanisms of stimulation of employees for the results of the export are worked out. Application field: Organizations of various forms of ownership and economic activities that produce goods for export. Variety of flexible systems of stimulation of employees aimed to improve export activity are offered.
