DEVELOPMENT OF STRUCTURE OF MANAGEMENT MECHANISM BY REGION

The evolution of structure of management mechanism of regions is considered in the article. The base structure of regional organizationally-economic mechanism of management, oriented to the increase of socio-economic efficiency of management by a region, is offered. Maintenance of horizontal and vertical integration is specified. Aim: to provide a basis for forming of local optimization tasks on the acceptance of economic decisions with the purpose of increase of socio-economic efficiency of management by a region. Methodology: the Methodological tool of research is based on the dialectical methods of cognition, providing complex and system approaches. Results: the base structure of regional organizationally-economic mechanism of management, based on optimization of cooperation of managing subjects on territory of region, is worked out. Application of results: Increase validity of the accepted regional administrative decisions at the level of areas and their administrative-territorial formations
