Abstract
The subject of the research is a complex of methodological and methodical problems measuring the effect and effectiveness of agricultural economic entities. The purpose of the scientific problem is to study the ways of improvement the management of biological assets, material and financial resources for achievement of maximum effect and efficiency in conditions of instability of agricultural market and risks. Methodology work: information, analytic and economic and mathematical modeling. Results of work. The scientific principles of effectometry in agriculture were developed and substantiated for solving problems of social and economic innovation development. Practical implications. Management and regulation of agriculture. Conclusions. Effectometry is an important management instrument, actual in sphere of agriculture and the state administration for evaluation and decision making to prevent degradation and destruction.
