Since the second half of XX century. beginning of a global process of cultural transformation of society: the transition from an industrial to an information phase of the organization of public relations. Today, humanity is in the process of becoming a global information space, the formation of civilized society changes, revolutionary feature of which is the use of information as a determining factor in the formation of the religious outlook of the person.
