SYSTEM APPROACH IMPLEMENTATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSION-ORIENTED SYSTEM OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING

Scientific paradigm of Kazakh education has been changing under the conditions of globalization of socioeconomic, cultural, and political life of world society. The author considers the current issue of competence-based orientation of educational process of higher educational institutions, aimed at formation of applied complex skills and knowledge. Moreover, there is an issue of retraining of high university degree specialists, as they needs more opportunities at the labor market.
