TEMPERATURE AS A SUBSTANCE FEATURE INFLUENCED BY THE NUMBER OF ELEMENTARY PARTICLES

Abstract
The article deals with the significance of temperature, which is characterized by the number of heatronic elements ? carriers of heat energy. The authors show that temperature change causes the change of electrical conductivity of metals and semiconductor material by the move of combined elementary particles ? heatronic elements and electrons. The form of atomic orbitals and energy state of atoms cause formation of submicrostructure and microstructure of chemical individual, which in its turn predetermine the structure of massive substance. The speed of heatronic elements transition is shown to be proportional to the speed of entropy production.
