Abstract
By operative treatment of liver diseases there are unresolved problems which cause complications from internals and can lead to a lethal outcome. Now the liver transplantation is the only radical treatment method of patients with final stage of diffuse liver diseases. Thus, the majority of lethal cases is registered during operation or in the first week after liver transplantation. The leading death causes are: violations of cardiovascular system (28,2 %); primary afunction of transplant (13,5 %); coagulopathic bleedings (13 %), etc. [1-5].
