Abstract
Now in surgery the liver bleeding stop method by a cross - clamping of the hepatoduodenal ligament (HDL) is widely applied. The issues of an optimum blood circulation stop and liver ischemia stop are most in detail morphologically considered in aspect of orthotopic transplantation of this organ at which t he without liver period can reach 120 minutes. Such long stay of the portal system organs (bowels, etc.) inevitably conducts to their dystrophy, a necrobiosis and as a consequence, to accumulation of toxic products and free radicals in stagnant portal bloo d (en- donecrobiosis) [1-5].
