Abstract
The issue of emotional burnout is especially urgent nowadays when informational flow tires a person, leads to psychological discomfort and vocational maladjustment, which causes the necessity of psychological aid. The aim of the project is to prevent emotional burnout of teachers by conducting psychological trainings promoting recovery of employees’ psychological functions.
