Abstract
The article of the article is determination of problems and prospects at the input of existent compensative mechanisms for investors that inlay money in the projects of reconstruction and restoration. Method or methodology of realization of work : the articles of home and foreign scientists, materials of scientific conferences, legislative acts. The method of logical generalization is applied. In hired existent compensative mechanisms that are used in the different countries of the world are examined. Unlimit nature of forms of compensative mechanisms allow to the investors to inlay facilities in, so-called, "historical real estate", getting benefits and profit of their exploitation in future. The state here gets facilities for realization of necessary restoration works and works on the reconstruction of building and building that are the objects of cultural inheritance. Economically advantageous "tandem" of the state and investor in the field of reconstruction and restoration, able to decide the problem of financing of objects of cultural heritage in Ukraine and give possibility of the advantageous insetting of facilities to the investors with the purpose of receipt not only arrived but also tax and other privileges. Problems and prospects of introduction of compensative mechanisms are certain in Ukraine, on the example of other states, where this mechanism operates already. On the basis of these researches the generalized chart of compensative mechanisms is worked out for investors, that gives an opportunity of determination of the most widespread mechanisms and variants of their combination in practice in Ukraine. By a primary objective at introduction of compensative mechanisms for investors there is literate combination of western experience and home features of projects of restoration and reconstruction of objects of the historical real estate in Ukraine. Industry of application of results : economic sciences; application in practice at development of normative documents for adaptation of home sphere of reconstruction and restoration to the generally accepted mechanisms of financing of these projects, and introduction of compensative mechanisms as stimulation of investors.
