DIVERSIFY THE INSTRUMENTS OF INVESTMENT RESOURCES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE REVITALIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

The subject of the work is complex of theoretical and methodological foundations of construction enterprises’ investment instruments diversification. The aim is deepening of theoretical and methodological foundations of rational investment activity of construction enterprises and it’s financing in modern economic conditions. The methodology of the work. Work is done on the basis dialectical method and systematic approach witch will give the opportunity to research instruments that used for investment resources. These methods assess their condition and prospects and also identify the organizational and methodical features of the development and implementation of construction enterprises’ investment strategy. Theoretical research based on scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, comparison) which are used in the process of solving scientific problems of investigation process and sources of financial resources. Results of the work. Now construction enterprises have a very limited ability to self-financing because they are mostly unprofitable or low profitable. That’s why construction enterprises increasingly need in diversification of instruments of investment resources. However, the lack of flexible financial mechanism of their use and low liquidity of the construction enterprises create significant barriers to the development of investment activity in the construction industry. The structure of sources of financing investment activity depends on the level of centralization of investment, on who is an investor and what form of ownership they represent and also on the value of each investment instrument. Scope of the results: research contains an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different instruments of investment resources, research provides future development of scientifically based proposals on improvement of construction enterprises‘ investment activity. And also research describes trends and sources that provide financing of investment activity. Conclusions. Analyzed advantages and disadvantages of different instruments of investment resources provide an opportunity to elaborate scientifically based proposals for improving the investment activity of construction enterprises, trends and instruments of its financing. Using these advantages and disadvantages in practice will provide an opportunity efficient use of instruments of investment resources.
